The company makes a range of metal products on behalf of our clients and  it is our objective to manufacture them in the most environmentally responsible way. During the manufacturing process our objective is to comply with all existing environmental laws and aim to improve on these by the introduction of BS EN ISO 14001:2004

We aim to reduce emissions to atmosphere through the use of Pollution Prevention and Control techniques.

We actively seek out methods of recycling to reduce waste going to landfill, staff are encouraged to minimise the production of waste and to use the supplied recycling bins and receptacles provided. We currently recycle nine different waste products from coffee cups to pallets.

Energy use is monitored and recorded to determine where waste occurs, chillers are extensively used to cool equipment such as 'Spot Welders' and reduce water consumption.

We actively seek suppliers and sub-contractors that meet environmental standards such as ISO 14001

Staff are encouraged to make use of our company computer network for the internal distribution of documents, we also encourage Clients to supply the bulk of their information electronically

ASM aim to prevent pollution by the re-use of waste products, recycling, reclamation and treatment of waste

We aim to educate, train and increase environmental awareness within the company and improve on this through continuous improvement
