In January 2007 the company invested in an advanced, high speed Punch/Laser, the Amada EML 3610NT; we also have a Vipros 368 Punch and both machines use sheet sizes up to 3000 X 1500mm for optimised nesting with Masternest software.

Both machines are self contained Computerised flexible Manufacturing Cells. The EML is supplied automatically from our 30 Tonne Sheet Storage Tower and unattended running is only limited by the capacity of our PR III auto unload & part remover.  The Vipros has its own automated load/unload system.

Ensuring that our punch tooling is optimised for cutting is another essential part of precision manufacturing and we have an Amada Togu tool sharpener available a point of use.  Only high quality tooling from Amada and other approved suppliers are used and we have an extensive array of tooling to cover almost every requirement.
