Our engineering design staff use the most up to date software in the production of customer products. All product design and development is done in 3D whether it is produced on one of our three Solidworks / Sheetworks Cad workstations or on our other two Radan Workstations. Our engineering design and development team are happy to assist our customers in the development of their products at an early stage.

All punch / laser programs produced using
our CAD software are nested for optimised sheet utilisation using Masternest / Dr Abe
software before being sent to the Computerised Flexible Manufacturing System using
DNC5 software. We believe that good 3D design facilities and excellent route planning lead to the production of good quality metalwork. |

| Our facilities allow for us to import all current 3D images such as IGES, STEP, SAT and we have the ability to photo render these to add lighting, shadows and add realism to what the finished product will look like. These images can then be used by the customer in their advertising literature. | ||||
